I run a small business and Tire Boulevard is my go to place when we are in need of a speedy repair done right to keep our mowers running and keep our profits coming in.
Tire service doesn't even begin to cover the help I received! The manager, Brett, and his associates- wish I could recall all your names... I'm sure in time I will! In my time of need, you all stepped up and was there to help when most would have turned a blind eye. This is forever where I will take my automobiles for any service!! The folks, especially Aimee and Mark, are fabulous. They have taken care of all my car's needs for several years. Quality and reassurance seems to be their consistent standard.
To the Owner: Kudos to your Manager, Mark, Assistant Manager, Aimee, and to the entire staff. I have used Boulevard Tire Center for years to purchase my tires. Why? The service management and staff have always provided is unprecedented in today's business environment. I can stop by with a nail in my tire and the staff is always quick to respond. I'm in and out in a nano second. I am treated as if I had spent a $1,000 with them instead of just a quick tire repair. I couldn't even tell you if I could get the tires for less money at a competitor because I do not compare prices. I KNOW the service could not be better so why bother. Aimee and Mark ROCK!
I have had repairs done at other local shops, however after dealing with Brett at this shop I will always return here. He treated me with respect, was courteous, very patient explaining the necessary repairs and gave me confidence that the repairs would be done in a timely manner working with my schedule. No need to shop around, this is the best shop in town!!
