Took RV in because of air pressure loss on rear driver's side. Met by manager early in the morning- cordial and efficient. Got a call the next PM indicating it was ready. That message was followed by a very cordial discussion where David Magee indicated in a caring , professional way that the cross fire was the problem, that I should monitor them since they have observed past problems and that my tires were well into the "aged" category.. He offered to do an estimate using my club member ship and commented in a pleasant way that a blown tire can put a costly job on the underside of the coach A VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE.

From the moment I walked through the door I was impressed by the smiling friendly faces and a willingness to help service my car. The waiting area and garage area were neat and clean and everyone seemed to be in a happy mood. I needed my tires rotated and balanced and an oil change and my wait time was minimal. My car was done in the amount of time I was told and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at this location.

WE CAME IN TO BOULEVARD TIRE AND WERE SO PLEASENTLY SURPRISED AT THE LEVEL OF SERVICE AND HOW NICE RVERYONE WAS. WE HAVE DEFINATELY DECIDED THAT THEY ARE OUR CAR SPECIALISTS NOW. P.S.MIKE WAS REALLY NICE . THANKS GUYS!
