I have come here for years. It doesn't matter if the staff changes and the new guys don't know me, I still get exceptional service. Being extremely analytical, and fairly knowledgeable, I have never felt as though I was being hoodwinked, but rather that they are trustworthy. If you know little, than this should be a very important selling point. Other places have attempted to take advantage of me, and I absolutely know it would have worked with a huge percentage of people. This is the place to get your work done, and buy tires. If you do your homework, and know what you want in tires, they will price match. They are great!
I wanted to say how happy I am with my recent visit to the Port Orange, FL location on Tuesday April 25, 2017. I walked in at 7:05AM because I had a nail tear in my tire and was expecting to wait until they opened at 7:30AM. I was greeted by two of the mechanics and they told me to see Brett inside the waiting room. I mentioned to Brett about the slow leak and asked how long it would take to replace the tire since I had to be at work by 8:00AM. He asked me to have a seat and the mechanics started working on it right away. I was out by 7:28AM. I felt this was above and beyond the call of duty and they took care of me promptly. I give Brett and his crew an A+ for customer service and professionalism. Quite pleased!
Mark, Amy and the guys are a pleasure to do business with. They do an awesome job keeping my clunkers running and in good repair. This shop is always able to get my vehicles in when needed and have definitely gone above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is friendly and the store is always clean and well kept. Thank you Mark and Amy for treating us like friends and the laughs we have while we are there. You are awesome!!!
