I bought a new set of Michelin tires from another vendor - big mistake on my part. Had nothing but problems. Called up Michelin and complained about them. They told me to go to an authorized dealer and have them checked. After contacting several dealers, they told me to go back to where I bought them and have them serviced there, which I did not want to do. I went to Boulevard Tire Center and talked with Brett Walters. He went out of his way to satisfy my complaint and put on brand new tires without any hassle. To me, this is what customer service is all about and I rate this place with the highest rating of 10..

I went in for an Oil change today, and i have to say Ryan is the sweetest person. After all this hardship from Hurriance Irma, to be greeted and cared for by such a kind heart, i will tell everyone of my friends to get their oil changed their. He professional, and knowlegable and so funny. He really knows how to put your spirit back into a great mood.

I got my flat tire I Orlando and had to put my donut tire on. I drove all the way back to Deland on that donut just to go to Boulavard tire because they are always efficient, professional and most of all honest. Jason Matos (assistant mgr) was very thorough and helpful. I'm very happy I came here.
