I called last night because after a Rack and Pinion Repair from Kelly automotive I was told I need an alignment. Of course they referred Boulevard Tire. I was thrilled because I have come here for years. Amy answered the phone ever so politely and friendly. She was well informed to answer my questions to determine to come in this morning.Walking in this morning I saw Rooney who has worked on our vehicles for years. He always tells you straight up what's happening. Amy, also was polite this morning when I called before coming in to see how busy the waiting room was and when I walked in the door. Ryan greeted me as soon as I walked in. Both Amy and Ryan got right to work, pulling up my history, starting my invoice, checking with Rooney my anticipated wait time and when I asked for a coupon they mentioned this Review. I have been going to the location that was recently bought out by Boulevard tire and the guys at the shop ha e always been TOP NOTCH, I literally will go no where else for any of my truck maint.needs. WILLY especially knows his stuff and is hands down one of the best, most knowledgable mechanics I've met... He has helped with brakes, tires, wheel bearings etc and always has it done BEFORE they say it should be done. Also, Brett is an amazing sales/service writer.... HE IS KNOWLEDGABLE( hard to find now a days) friendly, and helpful...also doesn't make you feel like just a number or $$$ quote.... I feel like family going in there and I hope I am able to continue coming in and having Boulevard Tire Continue helping me with my vehicle needs. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.... They deserve it... Never had a bad price, always been the best, and never tried to upsake things not needed ... Always to the point and I end up upselling myself due to there business ethics.... AWESOME COMPANY( Still the same old Brad's crew with a Visual comestic "lift" but still feels like down home GREAT SERVICE) I WAS IN AND OUT FOR A WHEEL HUB ASSEMBLY IN A FRACTION OF THE TIME ANYWHERE ELSE ABD LITERALLY HUNDREDS( almost a thousand in one case) cheaper than the competitor...whom I may or may not have had it done properly and right... THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!!!!!
