I went to Boulevard Tire with a nail in my tire... I went to Pep boys and they said because the nail was in crooked, they were unable to repair it and, of course, tried to sell me four new tires. I refused and left.. I googled other tire service centers in the area and found Boulevard. I called and spoke to Ed. He was so courteous, upbeat. I said I needed a nail removed and he welcomed me to come to his shop.. They were completely booked with appointments, but Ed went above and beyond and I had the nail removed, the tire was patched up, and I was on my way in under thirty minutes. The customer service here is outstanding. Ed made my day, and I did not have to buy new tires like Pep boys wanted to do instead of just focusing on my problem. Call them for your tire needs and ask for Ed. I don't think you will be disappointed!
