I was in town from South Carolina for a family event when my car began sputtering and stalling on acceleration. A relative recommended Boulevard Tire. I wanted to be there when the doors opened on Saturday morning, knowing the were only open until 12:00 and I needed to get back home Sunday. I was there shortly before 7:30 and Brad met me at the door asking about the problem. I explained it and he said they had only one mechanic on duty but they would do their best to get me taken care of. Ed came out and explained the problem, gave me the estimate, and said it would be done before 12:00. These are incredible, professional, service oriented people. They were slammed with customers that day. I didn't have an appointment and they could have said no. Instead they stepped up and helped a weary traveler. Thank you!
