Road Hazard Warranty Coverage

New Tire Road Hazard - If our examination shows that a passenger, SUV, or light truck tire covered by this warranty has become unserviceable due to a normal road hazard (i.e. non-repairable puncture, cut, snag, bruise, or impact brake) during the normal life of the tire down to 3/32 of an inch, it will be replaced at no charge.

Items Not Covered -
This warranty does not cover:

• Use in a commercial service such as commercial trucking, street sweepers, off-the-highway, taxi, limousine or similar service (however commercial service does not include use by the owner as transportation in his/her regular trade or business);
• Damage, destruction, or failure due to accident, fire or vandalism;
• Irregular or premature tread wear caused improper inflation, misalignment, imbalance of wheels, or worn out shock absorbers, struts or brakes;
• Damage or failure due to non-tire causes such as being run flat, mechanical condition of the vehicle, cuts from rims or chains, or any willful abuse;
• Problems related to the appearance of the tire after the first 10% of wear

Duration of Coverage - These warranties expire three (3) years from the date of purchase.

Conditions and Exclusions - These limited warranties are exclusive warranties of Boulevard Tire Center and are in lieu of the warranties of the manufacturer, and set forth the exclusive remedies available to the tire user. In the event that the terms of an applicable manufacturer's warranty exceed the protection given under these warranties Boulevard Tire Center will honor those terms. Boulevard Tire Center may claim for its own benefit any such manufacturer's warranty. These limited warranties do not provide compensation for any consequential, special, incidental or contingent damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. Tires presented for a claim remain in the property of Boulevard Tire Center. No representative or employee of Boulevard Tire Center may enlarge or alter these warranties.

To Avoid Damage To Your Tires & A Possible Accident...

• Check tire pressure at least once each month when tires are cold and before long trips
• Do not under or over inflate tires
• Do not overload your vehicle and tires
• Drive at moderate speeds, observe legal limits
• Avoid driving over potholes, obstacles, or edges of pavement
• Avoid excessive wheel spinning
• If you see any damage to a tire, replace with the spare and visit your nearest Boulevard Tire Center location

How It Works: If a tire covered by the Boulevard Tire Center 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Road Warranty, fails due to an unrepairable road hazard, and has been in use less than or equal to 3 years from date of purchase and has 3/32 or more tread life remaining, Boulevard Tire Center will replace the tire plus installation at no charge. If the original tire purchased is no longer available, a refund of the full purchase price of the original tire will be applied to the replacement tire purchased from Boulevard Tire Center. All applicable sales tax and the Florida Tire Fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a tire covered by the Boulevard Tire Center 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Road Hazard Warranty, fails due to a repairable road hazard, Boulevard Tire Center will waive the repair cost of the tire

How To Purchase: At the point of sale, our certified Boulevard Tire Center sales representative will ask if you would care to purchase the Boulevard Tire Center 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Road Hazard Warranty for your tires. If you choose to do so, a charge of 12% per tire or a minimum charge of $12.95 per tire will be added to your total invoice. **Pricing will vary based on tire sale price. You will not have the option to purchase the Boulevard Tire Center 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Road Hazard Warranty after the sale

How To Redeem Your Warranty: This is the easiest part, once you have opted to purchase the Boulevard Tire Center 3 Year Unlimited Mileage Road Hazard Warranty a note will be made on your customer account and we will be able to process your warranty whenever you need it. No need to bring in any paper work, or call any hotline for special assistance.
